Faithful Crossings Teams Up With Les Butler

Nashville, TN (March 15, 2024).  Faithful Crossings' newest release, “I Just Hate to Leave You Here,”  has landed at radio stations across the US and abroad and the feedback we're getting is great!

The song was penned by the super-talented, Larry Petree, who has written multiple hits through the years for many A-list Southern Gospel artists like, “God Likes To Work” (Nelons), “Lazarus Come Forth” (Bishops), “Outside The Gate” (Wilburns), “Children Of The Dust” (Freemans), “Unlike Me Just Like Him” & “I'm Gonna Move” (Isaacs), and more!

Along with Nashville's top musicians, this song also has the familiar voice of Les Butler. Les is Faithful Crossings producer, former editor of the Singing News Magazine.  He also owns Butler Music Group, Family Music Group, and REAL Southern Gospel Radio.  Les is also the baritone vocalist and owner of the Old Time Preachers Qt.

Tammy Sumner of Faithful Crossings stated, “We loved this song from the first moment we heard it.  We have so many loved ones who have gone on to Heaven that this song really hit home to us.  It wasn't a sad song, instead, it put a smile on our faces and we hope that it will make the listeners smile too!   Adding Les to the song was a no-brainer, I think he loved the song as much as we did!  We have a joint concert with the Old Time Preacher's Qt coming up in November and you can be sure we'll sing it together then!”
